On the afternoon over at Montezuma, we took a walk through the national park at the tip of the peninsula. We did manage to see a coati at the end of the hike and some bats at the beginning, but for the most part we only saw birds, lizards, and butterflies. We also heard a few more howler monkeys, but they stayed hidden. We had a good little hike and it would have been interesting to see what the wildlife would have been like early in the morning.
