I am optimistic about the young Cardinals this year. I think people are underestimating them and overestimating the aging Cubs. If several of the youngsters can piece together decent years and if they can stay healthy, I believe they will contend again this year. Regardless, they should be a fun bunch to watch.

Nikki, Amanda, Glenn, Justin and I are all playing in a fantasy baseball league this year. The draft was a couple weeks ago, and surprisingly to me, our teams are all fairly equal on paper at least. I wonder if there is an app I can add to the blog so that everyone can see the madness?

All else is going decently. The weather looks good here this week, maybe Spring is in the air. Oh and by the way, that inside joke will play out mighty soon. It is not really a joke, but some people know what I am referring to. I am optimistic and feeling great, so we'll see if the Cards dampening my mood.
