Cullen Skink - A Scottish Fish Soup w/milk, onions, mashed potatoes and smoked haddock.
I tried this soup when we were in Glasgow and loved it there. I had kind of forgotten that I wanted to try to make it until recently. It is a very easy soup to make and absolutely delicious. Especially when all the days are gray, cold and wet.
