We went out for dinner and a play on Wednesday, so last night I decide I would do a little relaxing by cooking.

3 different kinds of wings - Fried/Baked Asian Sweet and Spicy, Baked Caribbean, and a Fried/Baked Smokey Regular style. Made my own blue cheese dip to go with it. Delicious.

I taxed our 1 oven pan to the max, so I think we will have to bid it farewell. Wings are really cheap here. I bought about 40 wings, drumsticks and legs for under $3. No one seems to eat them here.

Anyway, all good.
