I am still not positive what our tour driver was calling the Highland Cattle yesterday, but it did sound like the above. Funny that seeing a cow was something I really looked forward to, but that is me. Hammish, pictured, was one of the few saved from the foot & mouth deal a few years back. The guide told us that the Highland cows are like big puppy dogs in nature. Maybe Cooper needs a big brother.
