Yep I am bored. So this weekend I decided to see if I could cook 2 soups at once (or close to it) with my limited cookware. Here was the light menu:

Turkey, Shrimp and Greens Gumbo
Salmon, Corn and Potato Chowder

Soups are one of my things I love to do and the official taster loved them both. It appears that we are going to have a Southern Office Lunch courtesy of me in the near future. That should be entertaining, so stay tuned.
