Benalmedina is a small city, former fishing village, just west of Malaga, which is on the Mediterranean Sea side of Gibraltar. Don't fret, I only knew a few weeks ago when I started planning the trip. We enjoyed the laid back nature of the area and managed to spend a few more hours at a beach. The nightlife here wasn't all that bad either. We finally were able to see a Flamenco show, which we both enjoyed a lot. One of us is probably still tapping their feet. Only a couple days left.
